Project Reflection

My final product for this exhibition was a documentuary about this intersession's experiences on Catilina Island, and about Sustainability. I also had to write about the 2020 plan of Catilina Island. I'm proud of this work because we all worked hard on it, and becuase we all had fun doing so. To make this movie, we had to interview some Catalina locals, and some of our teachers and students at HTMMA. We then had to draw a storyboard of our documentuary, then convert all the photo's, film, and audio together to form our vedio. It's better to be organized when makeing a film, because then you can get right to work and not waste time. I learned that during the process of the movie. I also learned more about the 2020 plan of Catalina Island. A challenge I had was that all of our group members wouldnt agree on something, or maybe one person would be the boss and the rest wouldn't agree on that one person's opionion. My definition of sustainability is taking care of our earth, to reduce reuse, and receycle, and to sustain what we have on earth and not take anything forgranted. Being and enviormental steward for me means to teach other about our earth and at any time available make things better.
